Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
Order Confirmation
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.
Once your order has been shipped, a separate email containing your tracking information will be sent.
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
After a shipment leaves our facility and the tracking information has been provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the courier for delivery.
Customers are encouraged to regularly monitor their shipment using the provided tracking number.
If the courier:

Places the shipment on hold,

Attempts delivery while no one is available,

Requests customs documentation,
it is the customer's responsibility to communicate directly with the courier service to arrange successful delivery.
Failure to respond to the courier or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed according to the courier's policies. LeatherKrafter cannot accept responsibility for packages affected under these circumstances.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a change is required after shipment, customers must contact the courier company directly to determine whether any redirection options are available.
